I'm assuming this is THE Tina Louise, aka Ginger from that television classic, Gilligan's Island? I don't think I've ever seen any images of her outside of that show.
I've never seen the show but having had a quick look aroound the internet it would appear to be her. She certainly wasn't shy about showing off her "soft womanliness".
